There is a new Hunting Accident exhibition at the Jack Olson Gallery / Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. David Carlson and Landis Blair's book is still on a tear. Lakefront Anonymous by Bill Swislow and Aron Packer

- 56/Milwaukee at Oliva Gallery

I am thrilled to be included in this upcoming group show. Press blurb below...

In the 6th anniversary of Oliva Gallery, Kimberly Oliva is pleased to present 56/Milwaukee co-curated by Kate Roth, opening March 11th, 2022. Named after Oliva's high school bus line @Ctatransit 56/Milwaukee, the exhibition features 2D and 3D artists from 90's-2000's whose creative endeavors inspired her to open up a contemporary art gallery. "I consider Milwaukee Avenue as a roadmap/time line of my life, punctuated by the electric energy from the Around the Coyote Festivals, dancing at Medusa's at Congress Theatre to hanging out at Earwax renting movies and meeting the likes of Wesley Willis. I look to 90's-2000's Wicker Park as such a vibrant catalyst in the Midwest arts scene."

There is a vintage vinyl exhibition planned for April and a book signing with legendary gallerist Aron Packer as well as Bill Swislow as they book sign Lakefront Anonymous on March 19th at 2pm.

We sold our first 500 books and are now on our 2nd printing! We hope you can make our first book event of 2022.
